#Team fortress 1 full
Payload - A timed gamemode where the BLU team has to escort a cart full of explosives through a series of checkpoints and into RED's base.Upgrades and Canteen power-ups can be purchased at the spawnpoint using cash picked up by the players upon destroying a robot. Mann vs Machine - A team of three to six players must fend off a horde of robots attempting to carry a bomb to a certain part of the map.A version of King of the Hill with 4 teams (KOTH4) also exists, which continues until the same team wins twice. This repeats for two (if the same team wins twice) or three (if a different team wins the third time) rounds. The timer freezes if the enemy team manages to capture the point back. King of the Hill - A gamemode focusing on a single control point in the centre of the map, where each team has to have the point owned for three minutes. The team that captures all control points wins. Domination CP - Both teams start out with no control points, with all the points in the map starting out neutral. The team that captures every control point wins. Linear CP - Both teams start with equal amounts of captured control points, and a central control point starts out neutral.Control Points - A timed gamemode where players have to control all the titular control points on the map.If the train runs out of health, the train is destroyed and RED wins. For every 35 seconds that BLU fails to capture the control point, the train loses 10% of its health. BLU's goal is to escort the train to the end of the map by capturing control points throughout the map. End of the Line - A variant of attack/defend centering around a train carrying a payload.
Pyramid - Three control points the first two points can be captured in any order, but both must be captured to capture the final point.Central - A central point can be captured to win the map at any time, but capturing the other control points makes capturing the central point easier.Linear - Points are captured in a specific order. The round goes on until BLU captures all control points (BLU wins) or until the timer runs out (RED wins). Once a control point is captured by BLU, the time limit is extended it cannot be re-captured by RED.
Attack/Defend - A timed gamemode, where the RED team has to defend multiple of their control points from the BLU team. With no official news of a sequel in over 12 years, we have to imagine that it’s just a matter of time before something big is announced. These leaks are admittedly weak, yet they give us hope that Valve hasn't completely abandoned the series. Everyone has been getting excited due to these rumors, and we all have our own opinions on what we’d like to see in Team Fortress 3. Based on what we know so far, we can easily conclude that the game is not in development, and likely won't be for a long time. Whether or not a Team Fortress 3 will ever be made is up for debate. This supposed event will also include a special nine-player mission that will officially announce Team Fortress 3. The 4chan leak claims that there will be one last “Invasion” event in TF2 that will migrate all items over to TF3, but after that, the game will only receive patches to squash bugs. So, what will happen to good old Team Fortress 2 when TF3 launches? Well, it’ll still exist, but don’t expect any new content.
